The third Marker Fragment can be found in Chapter 3. Use Kinesis to move the shelf and the second Marker Fragment will be waiting behind the shelf just for you. Kyne’s office there is a shelf similar to how you found the first Marker Fragment in Chapter 1. In order to get this Marker Fragment, you are going to have to use your Kinesis ability. The second Marker Fragment can be found in Chapter 2. Make sure you melee the shelf and you will find your first Marker Fragment. There will be a shelf inside and next to the Data Board. Make your way inside the Maintenance Bay Office and find the Data Board. The first Marker Fragment can be found in the very first chapter. Once you begin New Game Plus, be on the lookout. The Marker Fragments can be found just like any other ordinary collectible. Locations of all 12 Marker Fragments Marker Fragment #1 However, finding them is what is going to be the tricky part. Once you have acquired all 12 Marker Fragments, you are well on your way to unlock the secret ending. In total, there are 12 Marker Fragments scattered throughout the main story, but they can only be found on your second playthrough using New Game Plus. In fact, Marker Fragments are the key to unlocking the Dead Space Remake secret ending. If you love uncovering secrets, Marker Fragments are going to be your best friend. At the conclusion of the main story, you unlock New Game Plus mode and a new collectible called Marker Fragments. Once you complete your journey with Isaac Clarke, your journey is far from being over. Who doesn’t love a good secret?
